We are heavily integrated with our local communities and firmly believe in investment in education for the growth of our community.
In alignment with our philosophy (as Tim never got to complete his high school) we donate a percentage of our profit to after school programs helping to increase the graduation rate in local community. We provide access to high risk youth to the art of culinary sciences by making our space available for kids to channel their energy and express themselves by creating amazing food!
